Gardening color

Color combinations: two tone
1.Shades of blue and yellow for strong yet pleasing contrasts
2.Cheerful red and white
3.Closely related shades of blue and purple
4.Warm tones of yellow and orange
5.Blue and yellow with white
6.All pastel shades

Color tips:
1.Pale tones in the shade--bright colors in sun
2.Bright--colored borders place away from the house so they can be viewed across a lawn
3.Borders running at right angles to the house look best with pale tints in front--and bright ones behind

Gray plants:
1.tone down bright colors
2.Gray leaved lavender--santolina--(gray)--artemisia--and dusty miller--tone down colors that fight
3.Bold groupings in mass of 5 or 7
